Compassion Sunday – May 6
It’s Compassion Sunday at Central this weekend. There will be information about Compassion’s child sponsorship programme and the opportunity to sign up to sponsor a child. Please pray about this – you can make an incredible difference in a young person’s life.
What’s the BIG idea with Compassion Sunday?
Poverty is big. But God’s heart for children in poverty is bigger. Compassion Sunday is a nationwide, one-day event, where thousands of Australians will join in sharing His heart for the poor with their church family through presentations, videos, drama, worship and more. It’s your opportunity to be part of something REALLY big by inspiring your church to think small—and change the world one child at a time through sponsorship.
Is There a God?

Passover Meal
Passover Meal April 4
Celebrate Passover like Jesus would have celebrated it with his disciples 2000 years ago. At Central Church’s Christian Passover, we see how the Old Testament Passover Seder helps us see how God’s people would truly be saved, through the true Passover lamb. Jesus is the lamb who takes away the sins of the world and the Passover is an Old Testament shadow of that greater reality.
Central Church’s Passover Meal is lots of fun, a great way to get to know people from the wider church family and a top night out for the family.

When: Wednesday April 4
Times: 6:30 pm to 9 pm
Place: Central Church Auditorium
Cost: Adult (11+) $12, Child (5-10) $6 , 0-4 years olds are free
