Service Feedback Form
Feedback is an important part of keeping one another accountable, giving encouragement and providing constructive criticism for continuous improvement. We want to strive for excellence in all that we do for God’s glory!
If you have been asked by a presenter to fill out a feedback form, please give them two points of encouragement and something they can work on. Feedback will be then sent through to Emily who will pass it onto the presenter. Feedback can be given anonymously, however it’s often helpful to know who it’s come from so that if clarification is needed, it may be sort.
