Ramsays working in Japan
Give thanks for the opportunity to train the Samurai Project interns, and for their commitment to learning kids' ministry.
Pray they would create lessons that are helpful to kids and true to God’s word.
Serve Ministries
Praise God for the privilege it is to serve Him among our brothers and sisters - to be part of the mission and to use our gifts for His glory. Thanks that this shapes us more into the person of Christ.
Praise for God for our recent Vocational Ministry Dinner - for the many that came and for the seeds that have been sown. Ask that God might continue to work in these people as they consider their next steps towards ministry and for their gospel impact in our church and beyond.
Thank God for the time the staff were able to spend at the Reach Australia National Conference. Pray that what we have learned we’ll be able to apply well to reach more people in our region with the good news of Jesus.
Praise God for the many gifts he’s given us through our people and for those that serve faithfully. Ask that God might continue to provide for our ever growing needs and that we would be a dependent people.
Church Elders
Give thanks for the encouraging growth we have seen across our communities so far in 2026 and for the way new people are hearing and responding to the gospel.
Pray for wisdom as the elders deal with a large congregation with a variety of needs
Pray for the elders as they meet this week and will hear a report on how our Next Generation ministries are going.
Pray for the process of recruiting a new staff team member after Stu’s departure.
Pray for the State Assembly meetings coming up from 16-18 June.

Give thanks that Paul Blake is out of hospital.
Pray for Jim and Beris Smith with their ongoing health needs, and others who are struggling with ill health and ongoing needs

Pray for recovery and a quick return to work for Judah Oakroot after he injured his leg this week
Continue to pray for Miriam Allott and her ongoing cancer treatment
Bellbird Park Community.
Thanksgiving that Andrew Pendergast’s operation went well and that Steve Teale’s health has turned a corner. We pray that both continue to recover well and regain their strength. Strengthen Sharon and Beate as they care for their husbands.
Pray for Doug Howard and family as they grieve the passing of Doug’s dad, Ian on Wednesday. May they be comforted by the knowledge that through his faith in Christ, Ian is now in the presence of Christ.
Plainland Community
Praise God for the continued number of people who are attending here at Plainland. But pray for Oliver and the School as they work through logistics of how we can accommodate the growing number of people who are making Central Church Plainland their church home.
Continue to pray that God would raise up additional elders for our Plainland congregation.
General
Pray for those at Bible College in Exam Season. Pray God would give them clarity as they prepare.
Receivership - Please keep praying for the situation with PCQ. Pray that God would keep working in a messy situation.
Give thanks for those who completed the Faith Course at Restore this Week. Pray that there would be many who respond to the gospel.
Give thanks for the CRI Fundraiser on Thursday night (4 June) and pray for the ongoing work of CRI across schools in our region.
