Weekly Prayer List

Thursday 11th December 2025

Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Col 4.2-3

Ramsays working in Japan

  • Praise God for the children who attended the Christmas play yesterday (13th December). Pray that God would be drawing these kids back regularly to the Chapel where they can meet Jesus and grow in trusting him. 

Serve Ministries

  • We are so thankful for all of our faithful volunteers. We pray that they know the love of Jesus and how much they are appreciated this holiday season.

  • Praise God that he always provides the people we need to run our programs each week. 

  • Pray for all our team leaders as they plan for 2026 they will keep Christ as the center of all they do. 

Specific community prayer points

(For the sake of time, the expectation is that the corporate prayer person just prays for the community they are praying in). 

Ipswich AM Community

  • Pray for Barry Davis as he recovers from hip replacement surgery.

  • Give thanks that Rosemary Borg has had significant improvement after having a stroke a few weeks ago.  Give thanks for her carer, family and hospital staff as they walk with her through the process of gaining strength and confidence to be mobile again and as she transitions back home.  Pray for Rosemary as there’s a good chance that this Christmas will be spent in hospital.


Ipswich PM Community

  • Praise God for the new people who have joined us over the past 4 weeks. We pray they will draw closer to Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.  

  • Please continue to pray for the members of our church dealing with long term health issues in particular cancer and mental health concerns. . 

Bellbird Park Community.  

  • Thank you that Amanda Nduati is now home from hospital with her family. Please give Amanda strength to face the considerable daily challenges she still faces with her immobility. 

  • Pray for the continued recovery of health for Ron Hart and Jacqui Power. Please grow their faith and confidence in you through this testing time. 

Plainland Community

  • Pray for God to provide a venue for us to meet better suited to our size and mission.

  • Give thanks for our home groups this year, recently wrapped up, and pray that we God would continue to grow us together into people deepening in our knowledge of God with a deepening knowledge of his Word.
